A video in my course is not playing.

Does your computer/browser meet all the requirements and are all of the necessary plug-ins loaded?
Return to the login page and be sure you have green check marks for all of the listed requirements and plug-ins.

Have you tried using a different browser?
Internet Explorer and Firefox are recommended. We often encounter the most issues with Google Chrome.

Have you checked your browser settings?
It is common for browsers to block ‘insecure’ content. When this happens, videos and links in your course(s) may not work. Check for indications of blocked content by looking in the address bar.

Are you using a MAC?
Please download the flip4mac plug-in to view .wmv files.
